Salt And Pepper Roasted Walnuts

Recipe No : 1

  •  Walnuts  :   1 Cup
  •  Oil  :               1 Tsp
  • Salt  :             as Per Taste
  • Black Pepper powder:    as Per your Taste

Method:

Heat the pan on medium flame, add walnuts. Dry roast the walnuts for 5 minutes. Stir well with a spoon so that the walnuts do not burn; when the walnuts are roasted, remove them to a bowl. Now add 1tsp of oil in the same pan; when the oil gets a little hot, add the dry roasted walnuts; saute it well for 5 Minutes. Add salt and mix well, now add black pepper powder to it and mix it well (toss them well). Now, Switch off the flame and take out the roasted walnuts in a bowl.

Honey Glazed Roasted Walnuts

Recipe No : 2

  • Walnuts  :     2 Cup
  • Salt  :               1/4  Tsp
  • Honey :           1/4 Cup
  • Melted butter :      1 tblsp
  • Sesame Seeds  :      1 tsp

Method :

Take 2 cups of walnuts in a bowl, add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 Cup Of honey, 1 tsp sesame seeds mix everything together. Make sure all the walnuts of coated nicely with the honey, butter, and sesame seeds. Applying the baking tray with the sheet of butter paper, transfer the walnuts to the baking tray and make sure to spread the walnuts onto them so they do not stick to each other.

Now the walnuts are ready to be placed in the oven, preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Now place this tray in the oven. Bake these walnuts in the oven for 5 minutes; remove from the oven after 5 minutes. Now mix the walnuts well and take them in a bowl .
